Don't order anything from them!!! I ordered a supplement almost 2months ago! After one month I e-mailed them about my order, and they said :
"Unfortunately we can no longer ship Swanson Rhodiola Rosea Extract, 3% Rosavins & 1% Salidrosides - 60 Capsules x 1 from the allocated North Dakota USA warehouse, as we are no longer using them due to long delays many of our customers have been experiencing..
The item is also out of stock. Please confirm whether you wish to wait 6-8 weeks for the items to be ordered in to the New Jersey warehouse, or if you would prefer to cancel your order?"
I replied saying I need my money back, and guess what, never heard from them again!!!!
Sent them another e-mail , to remind them, but Nothing!!!
I would give this company a 0 if I could!!! How can companies do this ?? Why no one is checking on them!!????”

I ordered from this company on the 1st December, with a predicted delivery of the 30th December.
I totally get that things have been busy over Christmas, and so I waited as per their FAQ – expecting some sort of delay, but nothing too crazy. Well here I am – at the time of writing this: January 18th - and still nothing. No sign of a delivery.
I’ve had items from the USA come sooner - and this is supposed to be more local!
I sent an email last week asking if my order had even been sent or not as I never got a dispatched email, just the order confirmation – asking if I could have a refund as I had checked the FAQ and had waited long enough – and what do I get??
An automated email – a garbage copy-paste from their own website's FAQ, which I’d already read. Absolutely awful customer service.
What really annoys me about this is that I ordered from health monthly in the past and my items were delivered fine. Clearly, I should have heeded the reviews here before making my this order as consistency doesn’t seem to be this company's strong point!
If they were struggling to keep up with the demand they should of done the sensible/honourable thing and closed their website, instead of allowing (yep – they’re STILL allowing) people to buy items that might never arrive at all!
I’ll be looking into getting my money back via my bank/paypal. I advise anyone in a similar situation to me to do the same – or to just avoid this place if you can. You can get what you need from more reputable traders who actually talk to their customers!”

Every company, but especially a distributor of health products needs to have ethics, about doing business, communication and delivery! Probably they don't realize that people's health is depending on their service, above the fact that also steal our money. We can understand that there could be delivery problems, e.g. covid or brexit or others, but at least continue to communicate and refund our money!”

“Placed my order on 15 October 2020. It’s now 4 January 2021. I have chased and chased the order. Health Monthly reply with generic emails, asking for patience. They have disabled their Helpline. A CSA eventually emailed me, and asked for me more patience. I asked for a refund. They won’t give it. I am going to have to claim the money back through my credit card company. They are still selling products to unwitting customers! Shockingly bad.”
