“I have been recieving your organic beetroot powder for some time & up untill now have been satisfied with the quality. I usually purchase 2 lots of the 500 gram packs. Unfortunately, the powder in one of the packs one of the last delivery was lumpy which made it quite difficult to mix with water. I store both the packs in a dry cabinet so it couldn't have come into contact with any moisture as the first pack was perfect. This may be a one off occurence but I would be very dissapointed if it should happen again. This message is just meant as feedback as I realise that you would have limited control over what may come into contact with your products after leaving your factory. perhaps you can mention this to your carrier. “This review is based on your Bovine Collagen product. I found it pleasant to take and while not sure it improved my health it certainly didn't do any harm. I changed to the Marine Collagen powder but as I have only been using it for 2 days I really can't comment, except to say that it also is very easy to take, dissolved in OJ or water.”
