“The wireless product I selected was unsuitable because it exhibited significant background noise which was intolerable, and were unable to supply a product which used technology which would not also be likely to have the same issue, however, Hearing Direct followed through with their no quibble refund policy and gave me a full refund.”

“The order that I placed was not in stock but I still received a despatch email and the money was taken from my card. Despite requesting a refund several times since 11th December I had not received my money so I emailed a complaint on 2nd January. I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement but on checking my credit card I can see that the money was refunded on 15th January without so much as an apology. Customer Service is an absolute joke and I would not recommend this company to anyone let alone those of us that thought we would get an exemplary service from a company designed to assist people with hearing difficulties.”
