“Have been looking for a phone for my mother for quite a time. Came across this website and it caters for all sorts of people with hearing difficulties. “Very efficient and personal service. Don’t be put off by the lower prices. There is no hard sell and no middle-man so they are able to sell equally good products for less. I have been very happy with their service and hearing aids have been great quality and helped a lot”

“I ordered two sets of hearing aid batteries, however I used the UK website for the order and figured I would not receive them in the US. I tried to cancel the order but was not successful. I placed another order using the US website. I received both orders and Hearing Direct customer service refunded the cost of the UK order and allowed me to return the order for which I was very pleased.”

“They supplied me with replacement hearing aid wax guards which fitted perfectly. My original wax guards had air pressure equalization problems so reduced hearing aid efficiency. These supplied have no such problem.”

“The wrong item was initially sent out. But after a quick phone call, the right one was sent out with a returns label to send the wrong one back. So many other firms would have insisted on the wrong one being returned first. It arrived just the next day.”
