Terrible company. Received 4 smashed sinks. Even after telling them to put more packaging in the box. Customer support is terrible and does not listen. Secondly, they are refusing to collect two of the broken sinks stating covid safety. They have collected two broken sinks so why not the other two? Apparently I need to "smash them up" and put it in the bin. Instructing you customers to do something dangerous like smash up ceramic and illegally put it in your waste bin is not on. Lets hope sink 5 is in one piece!

Sent out a broken shower tray. As it was not opened whilst we waited and waited for the shower glass that arrived wrong 6 weeks later, was told the shower tray could not be returned or replaced. Now 3 months on we are still awaiting for the couriers to take back the incorrect shower glass. Avoid this company at all costs. If you find they are cheaper, it will cost in the long run and if you do have a problem expect at least 6 people to pass on the issue. I have emailed and phoned at least 20 times now and get the same response each time, it is now in the hands of the so and so. Here was my last response. Hello, I am aware of the inconvenience it would be causing you, I had escalated this with the manager yesterday again and they have taken an action against this to resolve the issue. I ordered and returned one shower tray as it was the wrong size. This has been returned, but I'm still waiting to be refunded. The second one I ordered was damaged and I'm being offered no refund or replacement. Go elsewhere!

Still waiting on £4K worth of items to be delivered. Should have been with us a week ago but was incorrectly sent over 200 miles away. All I’m told is it will be with you ASAP! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a bath and they’ve sent the wrong item. Heading into a 5th week now and they insist it’s the manufacturer/suppliers fault. No collection no refund Advise strongly to go elsewhere

Had a toilet delivered which was found to be damaged on arrival. Replacement was delivered promptly and without fuss and on time.

Received a damaged bath which they have refused to replace. It was wrapped in cardboard and kept like that until required - on unwrapping there is a split along the edge.The bath is absolutely filthy so don't know where it had been stored. I now have a bath that I can't use, workers who cannot finish the job that I am paying and the cost of removing the old one and buying a new one. I have recently been made redundant and this is a huge stress. Don't know if I can afford to finish the job now. I have spent over £500 with them and am within my 30 days.

Ordered a unit I'm a bathroom fitter it came poorly assembled they said would replace which they did, it came at 6.45 in morning this is not acceptable, anyway came to fit not one bit of instruction for instalation no measurements for brackets and after two hours I realised bracket was broken cheap alloy I sent messages with pictures never got response never purchase again product not worth it

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered nearly 250 pounds worth of bathroom items and the bath panel that they sent me was the wrong size and when the plumber came to fit it, there was a large gap as it was a smaller size than I ordered but when I got in touch with the company I was told because I had fitted it already they couldn't do anything but offer a goodwill gesture of 10 pounds, yet the panel cost me 23 pounds, also the glass shower screen I brought from them the rubber seal at the bottom is awful and when you shower water runs down the side of the bath as the seal is so cheap and flimsy, I will never use this cowboy company again.

Customer service and aftersales rock bottom. No care or politeness in any communications. They sent the wrong size shower tray in packaging that said the correct sizing. Never returned my phone calls. Refused to refund me as I was outside the 30 day rule, despite the fact it was completely their error and we are living under COVID restrictions. I had to absolutely insist they address the problem. They finally agreed to accept the return, one week later, but failed to advise me I needed to order the tray again. Totally infuriating. Will never buy from them again.

Great prices but absolutely shocking CS and aftersales. They use an Indian call centre where the staff have NO technical knowledge and read scripted replies. 1st problem. I placed an order on sat 9th and I booked a delivery for the Thursday 14th. Nothing turned up and after 1.5hrs on the phone it came to light they hadn’t placed the order with Coram directly. The items turned up the following week losing me a days wages on the Friday as I am a bathroom fitter. 2nd issue the delivery turned up with the incorrect waste totally different as per their website photo and description. It took over 3 hours trying to explain this issue to their staff. It was painful. They sent me a replacement and guess what, it was the same as the first and wasn’t fit for purpose. I went through the live chat, telephone and even FB. I spoke with numerous staff members and was offered nothing in compensation due to their incompetence. H&P lost me two days work and I ended up buying a different 90mm waste from ScrewFix. Suffice to say, I have 15 bathrooms booked in for this year and they will not be getting my business, I normally tell my customers to look at their website. I’ll go back to using Plumbworld. H&P you need to up your game, you need the customers more than they need you! Plenty of other sites offering 5-10% off. Regarding the photos. The website shows the trap with an elbow. Neither came with one and the unit itself is cheap plastic and they charged me £43.95. The same trap made by Mcalpine is £33.00 and has a metal chrome finish. 100 times better.

I bought a sliding bath screen from them and the quality was absolutely terrible. After installing we noticed that water was leaking from underneath the screen onto the floor after one use and also that the sliding functionality was not working properly as it was very stiff and almost impossible to slide. I contacted the company regarding this and was told that as I had already opened and used it there was nothing they could do in terms of return/replacement/refund etc. I would not recommend purchasing from them at all!

Be very wary of this company. Goods in form of shower tray arrived late and damaged. Replacement took some time and promised delivery dates missed and when arrived with same fault. Wrong advice given regarding tray support so kit supplied was useless. Refund requested but had to continually chase and threaten legal action before payments made 6 weeks later. Promises of action appeared untrue and obviously just delaying tactics.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Messed me around from pillar to post. Was acused on the phone of being a liar when I advised I did not receive text messages. Company told me wrong dates for delivery on two occasions and called me a liar when I said someone was in when they attempted delivery. After being told that my free postage would now be charged for second attempt I had to threaten to leave them a poor review wherever I could and finally speaking to a manager I was told I would be issued a full refund within 3 days. 3 weeks later still no refund. I have just got off the phone and conveniently the refund had not been processed. Worst service I have ever has in my life. Rude and unprofessional, save yourself the trouble.

Quick delivery, items as described, but their returns system is difficult. They demand pictures to prove the packaging is in perfect order, and then insist return is by their van, quoting a combined carriage and restocking charge. Not pleasant to speak to. Not sure that I will deal with them again.

Ordered cloakroom basin and unit. I wanted to return them as they were slightly too wide, I was 2 days over their 30 days returns policy and they refused point blank to accept them back. Despite me ordering another basin and unit from them and spending over 1k on other stuff. So disappointed in their lack of flexibility.
