“Great website to use, plenty of information and found the live chat useful and guided me through choosing the correct side panel for the Merlyn shower door i had picked. Delivery was quick enough and kept informed with emails and tracking along the way - product arrived well packed and as described. Free delivery was also a great bonus.”

“No issues and great customer service. I needed to buy a new boiler and after speaking with their technical team to get some advice, I ordered very easily and delivery was within 3 days. Really pleased. It seems this website is only used to moan whereas reviews on Trust Pilot are good. I will return in the spring to purchase a shower enclosure.”

“Staff very helpful (Mack), had a slight problem with a delivery where a few items we’re missing from the sealed pack. Within a few days of contacting the customer services I had replacement items sent to my address. Smooth & excellent service, all items of good quality. Highly recommended. A+++ Thank you”
