“Fine delivery time. The return process is painful. Due to this I would not use the company again.”

“Read the return policy carefully as you have to pay for the returns and as the items are not small or light weight it can cost same as the product. I wish I had read the return policy rather than assuming. I ordered the optional items that the website showed for my shower tray and the enclosure but my plumber did not use them so when trying to return it was costing me the same amount as what I had paid. I was actually really shocked that we had to pay for the returns.”

“Bathroom suite came in dribs and drabs over several days. Still waiting for a toilet to be delivered so the bathroom installation can’t go ahead. Two days running been promised delivery and still not had the delivery. Customer service couldn’t seem to care less and are very disinterested. I would not recommend and will not be using again”

“Quick delivery, items as described, but their returns system is difficult. They demand pictures to prove the packaging is in perfect order, and then insist return is by their van, quoting a combined carriage and restocking charge. Not pleasant to speak to. Not sure that I will deal with them again.”

“Whilst the quality of the goods and delivery have been excellent, the returns procedure is thus far woefully lacking. So far I have waited-in not one, but two whole days for a courier to collect 3 shower valves (I ordered the wrong type) that I wish to return; I find it incredible that in this day and age they cannot track/speak to their courier. In between those 2 wasted days I have also tried to return the items to a warehouse in Halifax, the details of which were supplied by heatandplumb, but they failed to tell me that it closed at 4pm; I arrived at 4:12pm. Having just contacted them again I am now waiting to see what the next course of action is. My advise to anyone considering using this site is, make sure you know exactly what it is you need to order and get it right first time. Furthermore, cheapest isn't always best and maybe consider using a more mainstream site/company for piece of mind and better customer services.”

“Terrible service. Rang regarding a delivery. No tracking info on the link, apart from out for delivery. Rang them to say I had to go to work and would not be in to sign, if they came later that day. Said, no problem. I left a note to contact myself or husband when it arrived. Got home to find it hadn’t been delivered and no info on tracking sight. No sign of attempted delivery. not even a phone message or note through the door. Rang again this morning, girl on the phone said her colleague would look into it. Waiting to hear back. Wonder how long that will take. Get the feeling at am being robbed off. Wouldn’t, use them again!!”

“Good range of products, good prices. BUT to be told on Tuesday (4 weeks after placing the order) that a delivery would be made the next day at any time between 7am and 6 pm with not even a vague indication of whether am or pm is totally unacceptable. This has happened twice and if I wasn't retired this alone would stop me using them again. A day off work is not cheap!”

“I had a very expensive bathroom installed and my contractor used Heatandplumb. Within one year, the fronts started peeling off the vanity units, supplied with two bathroom sinks. The fronts of all four drawers began peeling off. I complained , and eventually received a response after chasing to be told that only the mechanism was covered and the drawer units were not under warranty. I then asked how much it would cost to replace. They advised they were out of stock and did I " want to see the catalogue?" Very poor post sales, customer service and product. Avoid!”
