“Purchased a 16x20 Heat Press 08/11/22 very seldom used, because I had another heat press. The heat press at turning on was at 400 degrees something it has never done. Then it begins to smoke, and a flame started. Contacted Heat Press warehouse and was told to call an electrician to take a look at it. Poor customer service, this was not a cheap heat press. Very disappointed in the response from this company. Wish there was a way I could not give them any stars.”
“I just ordered 70 heat transfer to garments from craftables and the paper is sticking to the peel paper. I did two and i stopped cause i wasn't pleased at all and I have a big order coming up in two days how do i correct this.”
