“Great so far, and the lowest price by a long shot. A lot of reviews on here criticise the fact all the support offered is all online, but tbh that's a massive plus for me. I'm sick to death of ringing insurance companies for a quick query or question and being put on hold for ages, or have them try and sell me something. Live chat is a great feature!”

“Absolutely terrible, all online no phone number to call. Stated that my NCB was through company car usage and submitted correct document but as it is all online nobody understood this... tempted to actually cancel and go with a more expensive insurer with actual employees”
