“really like their web portal and the user exprience. best of all I the ability to switch off the auto renewal online. this is very useful, saves hassle of a phone call and long wait.”

“Only just joined but so far so good, very quick access to the portal and confirmation of NCD. Much quicker than my previous insurer who was a pain to call up and chase up on things like this. Lets see how the rest of it goes!”
