“I've only been a policy holder for the past week or so but so far so good! I've been able to sort things out online efficiently with minimal hassle. I'm currently awaiting a refund for something which can take up to 14 days which is a little while but that's my only complaint so far :)”

“Good quick cover however after providing valid proof of no claims from my previous insurer I've been pestered for more information that isn't necessary”
