“Have have been speaking with your team for over a week and a half. I asked if I could amend my policy from pay monthly to pay in full. I was assured that I would receive the change of policy Monday/Tuesday. This did not happen, instead I received a cancellation notice. When I received this, I contacted customer care again. As I was worried I would not have valid insurance. Again, I was assured I would receive this by Friday. Friday is nearly over, and I am yet to get the amended policy I requested. So now, as of midnight I will be uninsured. Please can someone help?”

“Although I have looked for a phone number to call and can’t find one, I need to contact you in regards to proof of my no claims bonus’s that I’ve saved, if someone could send me the telephone number to my emails that would be great thank you miss Susan kelly”

“Your practice of wildly inflating the premiums that were initially offered via price comparison websites to customers that do not then purchase your insurance policy immediately on the day the quote is generated, but instead come back to purchase it a few days later, should urgently be reviewed.”
