“Your website would simply not accept my card details, I was forced to use someone else's. They were definitely correct. The fact there is no way to contact a person on the phone isn't great either and no-one available unless it's between certain times, Monday to Friday on the live chat made everything very difficult, it is the cheapest quote however.”

It is disappointing to read you had issues paying with your card. We'll be in touch to understand more as this has not been reported as a wider issue. Our virtural assistant is available 24/7 and our Customer Service team are here Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. If however you need to make a claim the number to call is 24/7. “I previously had Admiral. The renewal time came and when I went to compare my quote Hedgehog came up with the cheapest deal for the same type of cover so I decided to switch. The website is easy to use which is also handy. My cover has started today so will see how it goes but so far so good.”

“I had an accident and my car has now been sitting for over a week with no indication of what is happening. My car is currently sitting with the recovery company who picked the car up after the accident. Hedgehog say that they do not deal with the recovery company as they are a 3rd party company and the 3rd party company say there is no garage willing to take the car. I have a coutesy car as part of my policy but only until the end of the month which is fast approaching and there has been no progress with my car. I have phoned every day to be told there is nothing that can be done and yesterday was told a manger would call me back by the end of the day which did not happen. I have never experienced this type of service with an insurance company before.”
