“Just updated my car registration details - didn't work initially on the website but a very efficient online chat got it sorted. I much prefer this method than holding on to a phone for 10 minutes. Car insurance price was comfortably the cheapest - lets hope I don't need to test how good it is!”

Hello Simon, thank you for your review. We've had the chance to look over your purchasing experience and would like to thank you for raising a technical issue. It appears to be a specific issue on iPad's, using the 2016 version of Safari 10.0. We've now raised a ticket for our developers, who can fix this promptly for people using this device and browser in the future. The issue was preventing our site from connecting to the bank, which must have been frustrating, so we can only apologise. It's great to see that you were able to change your device type and then become a Hedgehog customer 😊 Our apologies again and thank you for raising the issue. The team at Hedgehog

Hi Jake, We are a fully online car insurer, we don't offer an over the phone quote and buy option, that way we can keep our prices lower. We like to make things clear and easy for our customers, so you can confirm all of your quote details at the checkout before purchase. If you have any questions about your policy or a quote you have we have advisers available through our chat service found on our website. They are available Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm. We also have our helpful chatbot, which is available 24/7 🤖 Thanks for your review, and for choosing Hedgehog 🦔
