“I had to provide proof of my No Claims Discount to be able to continue with Hedgehog. I requested it 3 times from my previous insurer and received nothing. Hedgehog were emailing me to say I needed proof or my policy would be cancelled so I used their online hat service to ask what to do about it. I spoke with Matt, who took all my details and phoned my previous insurer himself, verified my proof of No Claims and sent me email confirmation. All within 10 minutes. Quick, stress-free resolution. Thank you.”

“Great competitive price, but was only given the option to pay in full. When i asked why, I was just told that hedgehog insurance provider would not permit and a reason was not given. Not the greatest. But overall good for the price. 👍”

“I have post traumatic stress disorder and my carer wasn’t at home He is my son I don’t deal well with things but your agent Mark was incredible So patient and helpful He help me stop my insurance from being cancelled and dealt so calmly with me in a panic attack”
