Hello Mrs Wadelin, thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed the conversation with the Customer Service agent and they advised you may want to consider an alternative provider if you were not able to successfully buy the policy with us. We explain this is an option as we would not want you to miss out on any other deals as a result of delaying buying your insurance.
