“Fast and efficient change to policy. One issue though, as help desk doesn't work at weekends I couldn't change policy immediately and had to wait till Monday. I think it might just have been because I was due a refund on policy though.”

“Purchased my Hedgehog car insurance via comparethemarket.com after my existing insurer was unable to provide me with a price match. Very simple to secure policy after comparing quotes from a variety of insurance providers. Best value for money in terms of reasonable excess payments, no claims discount protection and additional driver option. Would recommend this insurer to anybody looking to renew their policy.”

“My Hedgehog experience was OK, even though the price quoted to me via Compare the Market was slightly more expensive when I opened the link to view their quote on their website for no apparent reason... I just hope that if something happens concerning my car they will be fast and reliable to respond and sort out any issues I face.”
