“So got a quote and was happy. Tried to purchase and had trouble. Spoke with Marc over chat monday who said I had been turned down for credit. Funny that, I hadn't even got to that part. So went through app again purchased high rate insurance through yourself. So clearly didn't get refused credit. So I should be paying my first quote .... really not happy”

“When l change my number plates a day after. there wanted £30 of me. I talk to someone in hedgehog and after a short chat he did not change me. Was not happy.”

“I still cannot access my online account despite raising the issue by email and online chat on the day of setting up the insurance. I've also had no confirmation of receipt of no claims.”
