“There were problems with Profits wich your team has been fixing too long. But finally, the problem has been solved and I am satisfied. Also, I would like to get an option for downloading detailed reports in Profit. Generally, all the tools are very good and I am very satisfied.”

“All in all it's not bad. For a brand new seller though, you kind of leave us out here on a limb all by ourselves and you cater to your bigger customers (I get it of course....just kind of scary being out here as a company of 1 trying to do all the right things all by yourself and knowing when to do something). You guys put out a lot of videos, but true 1-on-1 support explaining when to do something (like PPC...I am struggling with that right now..but I will get through it) is just not available (unless you are an elite member). Again, I understand you can't cater to every one of your customers.”

“I use Helium 10 EVERYDAY! I use the profitability function the most but I also check key word ranking to know how my key words are ranking both organically and due to PPC. I also help write and optimize my listings throughout the process. I am sure there is so much I do not use and I look forward to continuing to learn how to optimize my use of helium 10. “I just posted this on the facebook group page, I wish there was a way when one of the filters aren't meeting the certain dislodge criteria, can it be highlighted or applied a symbol ⚠ as it's either too low or way too high that the parameters aren't meeting the approvals. “I really like your tool suite, but it seems like every new product you roll out is for the really expensive plans. So, we get the teaser about it, then when it's made public, we are let down having the $100 plan. I'm not at the point where it makes sense to upgrade. Just wish more was rolled out forcl my tier of seller. We need help too, probably more than the other guys! Love Helium 10 though overall.”

Hello Dirk! We're happy to hear you are enjoying Helium 10. Higher-tiered plans are generally allowed more uses for some of the tools, but all of our tools are available in all our subscription plans, with the exception of a-la-carte. The only extra features included in the Elite subscriptions are early access, exclusive trainings, and in-person workshops. These trainings are geared toward seasoned sellers and cover advanced topics. For our Platinum and Diamond subscribers, we regularly offer free, diverse trainings and webinars. Also keep in ming that our Diamond and Platinum subscribers will always get access to any of the new products that we offer, they might just have to wait until the early access period is over (which is typically a month).
