“Hello there, Some products have no data, sometimes when I use black box I can find nothing, if I am on any amazon ` s market except US and I want to use another tool and click on it helium send me to amazon.com without any request, if I am not careful at the marketplace I will search the US without wanting to (this happen when I swap between tools and I am on European market for exemple). It is confusing when I want to use the trendster and the graph for BSR is the opposite, as the bsr is more favorable as the red line is down. It`s incredible when I use black box - products, I choose France market, Jardin as category and from advance filters section I choose like Title Keyword Search : grains de legumes or grains de tomate and and he finds nothing but Amazon FR is full of things like this. Thanks !”

“Favours US marketplace (always have to switch controls back) and not comfortable with giving away lots of our own account info to use certain features. Would be useful to have a tool that could identify the keywords that main competitors are using. Maybe there is a tool, but I can't find/understand how to use it for this”

“It's an amazing tool. So much you can do with it. What I'm missing is the option, to set default marketplace. I'm living and selling in Germany. Every time when I open black box, I must set first the marketplace.”

“I use many of the tools inside Helium 10 to make my life much easier on Amazon. I am able to find profitable products to launch as well as improve the conversion rate and sales for my existing products. The Profit tool, however, was a game-changer for me. I never knew exactly what the numbers were, what was my net profit, my ROI, and it turned out I was losing money. After I started using the Helium 10 profit tool. I am now in the green and I am increasing my profit margin and ROI each month.”

“The biggest problem I see in helium 10 is that XRAY data for Europe is unreliable. They are above actual sales. This leads to confusion. It is very necessary that they fix it as soon as possible. So that it works as it does in the USA. Thank you”
