“a very short description of every icon is missing. i don't want ot watch a movie for any descrption even if it's short. i might be somewhere and i dont' have headphone. besides, your product selection is not accurate at all (to my opinion) when pulling out competitors, it's not very accurate either. jungle scout does a better job in this regard that's for now good luck”

“I have been using Helium 10 and another similar software in my Amazon selling and have found Helium 10 comprehensive to cover the start to search for right products through keyword searches and forming the product description. Software is fast and responsive. Found the tutorials very useful too. Keep it up, keep it going the team at H10.”

“I am fairly new to Helium 10 so haven't used all the tools as yet. Those I have used however seem to fulfil everything I need and all of them seem to be compatible. I had subscribed to a competitor but found I used Helium 10 far more because it does allow you to stay within one platform and not feel the need to purchase more software to navigate to another level. One fee and one site is appealing.”

“Your product has a problem in the key tracker, I made screenshots and it shows that the search words do not match the Amazon, I sent it all to you, but you don’t know what the problem is. I updated every hour, every 2 hours. But your tracker starts to show correctly only after 3 pm. And this continues throughout August. I am not happy with your tracker. The tracker for me is one of the main tools for today and I will look for who can do this in exact coincidence with Amazon. All other tools work fine and I like that all tasks can be performed in one place!”
