“As I'm sure you are aware, I am just dipping my toes into the Helium 10 Sea (so many brilliant tools), The Free Trial I took out at the start was a fantastic learning curve for me, the training videos that accompanied it were comprehensive, very instructive and easy to follow. This software has no equal and believe me I have tried a few. Keep up the good work. Paul”

“Helium10 is the only tool that I would ever use for Amazon. Not only does the entire tool suite do exactly what you would expect and more, but Helium10 offers a lot of guides to how to become an expert in the tools. Helium10 offers also a lot of knowledge of how to become a successful seller on Amazon, they give webinars and share interesting posts on socialmedia. If that were not enough, the few times that I have needed customer service, they have responded quickly, very kindly and given expert service. I highly recommend Helium10 as the only tool needed for Amazon.”

“I enjoy using Helium 10, but i was removed from the facebook group, because once i posted about selling my amazon account. I was not aware that i cannot post any such things. I am a contributor of lot of valuable information in other groups, which is related to sourcing from India and Private label business. I used to get valuable information on Helium 10 group, but i was blocked. I insist to please take me back to the group. my facebook is https://www.facebook.com/verunrastogii”

“Helium 10 is good, it will be even better if they have the PPC cost that was bid by our competitors so that we can know how much we should bid each keywords. Additionally, it will be great if we know what are the organic keywords working well for our ASIN. for example similar to the PPC report, what organic keywords is our customers clicking to purchase our products and when.”

“Would LOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEE to have the ability to view 200 or so products A SINGLE page using blackbox. Would LOOOVVVEEEE to be able to sift through a thousand or so results at a time. It honestly pisses me off, Jungle scout did it. Where yall at tho”

“Overall is good. However, xray ins far from being accurate in amazon.es and profits doesn't take into account the VAT of amazon fees (at least in spain self employed people have to pay for the vat of what they buy )”

“Your platform is good, but in this competitive world on amazon we need more tools like AMAZON PPC automation which i know you are rolling out soon, but don't know when will we get it. Then there should be some tool to boost sales to improve rankings and help with new launches, initial reviews etc.”

“A decent tool! I did not give a better rating only because there were a couple of features that I wanted them to include and they never did. Because of this it's almost not possible for me to rely on Helium 10 alone and I need to use another software too. This adds to my monthly expenses for no reason.”
