“I just posted this on the facebook group page, I wish there was a way when one of the filters aren't meeting the certain dislodge criteria, can it be highlighted or applied a symbol ⚠ as it's either too low or way too high that the parameters aren't meeting the approvals. I hope I'm making sense lol. Thanks Love your product thus far. Cheers Daniel”

“Software is exactly what I need to help grow my business. I am also a huge fan of all the training videos to help me understand how to use each feature. I am currently using two other software programs, but I hoping I can use only Helium 10 for all my software needs in the near future.”

“I have been using Helium 10 for a couple of years. They are miles ahead of everything else and I find it of great value with the many tools it offers. We use it for our clients and agency stuff too and the support and education (videos & Live webinars) is something you do not get elsewhere either.”

“Love Helium10. Complete game-changer for all serious Amazon sellers out there. Not only is the functionality and accuracy of the tools unparalleled, but I can't express how easy it makes my life to have literally every single vital tool all inside of one neatly wrapped suite. No more paying for 10 different monthly subscriptions, and dealing with tons of different logins. Everything you need to succeed is in one convenient location. Not to mention I've been blown away by the customer support and knowledge of their entire team. Lastly... even though I believe Helium10 is unmatched in the Amazon software arena, they STILL release more frequent updates and improvements than any other tool. That's the sign of a company that cares and wants to absolute best experience for their users. Can't recommend enough!”

“I really like your tool suite, but it seems like every new product you roll out is for the really expensive plans. So, we get the teaser about it, then when it's made public, we are let down having the $100 plan. I'm not at the point where it makes sense to upgrade. Just wish more was rolled out forcl my tier of seller. We need help too, probably more than the other guys! Love Helium 10 though overall.”

Hello Dirk! We're happy to hear you are enjoying Helium 10. Higher-tiered plans are generally allowed more uses for some of the tools, but all of our tools are available in all our subscription plans, with the exception of a-la-carte. The only extra features included in the Elite subscriptions are early access, exclusive trainings, and in-person workshops. These trainings are geared toward seasoned sellers and cover advanced topics. For our Platinum and Diamond subscribers, we regularly offer free, diverse trainings and webinars. Also keep in ming that our Diamond and Platinum subscribers will always get access to any of the new products that we offer, they might just have to wait until the early access period is over (which is typically a month).

“Helium 10 is awesome! It has most of the tools required to run an Amazon business. With the addition of PPC that will just make the package complete. A great one stop shop that I could not do without. Bradley's free training videos are just the icing on the cake with his expert and easy to understand delivery. I recommend H10 to everyone including my students.”

“The reports are not as good as other tools, it's hard to drill down on certain KPIs of this business. Make all reports exportable to excel or gdocs specially the profit by product by date type. Also the inventory tools should take into account seasonality more historic data and more advanced statistical formulas to forecast. All this is very simple to implement and have a huge difference vs other tools out there.”

“The BEST of the BEST tool out there. And the team of H10 doesn't just sell their tools, they are so friendly, that you can even reach out to Bradly Sutton, he answered so many people on FB groups, it's so down to earth for such a big company to do this. They are always aking for more feedback on what they can do or how to improve their software and guess what, they do listen. Unlike other companies, once they make their money, they become idle. I highly recommend H10 as the only tool for any Amazon Seller. Cheers!”
