“Have put close to 10k into hellcase by now and logged in this morning to see a random account ban saying| "Reason: 2021-10-13 UNTIL CLARIFICATION WITH SUPPORT" I have created a ticket and am waiting. I believe after spending this amount of money things should be a little more concise with what I'm doing on my account, especially when I have items of value still on it! Hopefully this gets resolved!”

We understand that you may find this condition a bit unpleasant, but the reason why we require all of our users to deposit at least $2 before withdrawing items is to make sure that their accounts belong to real people, and not just farming bots. After you top your balance up by at $2 or more, you can withdraw as many items as you want without having to repeat this action. What's more, as far as you refill your own balance, the money remains on your account and you can use it to open cases and make even more profit later.

“Hellcase is the best skin website today. The drops are usually very fair and the upgrade helps you always take something with you. They have things to fix, of course, like my account that was unfairly banned, however they are doing everything they can to help me get it back. Hellcase is undoubtedly the best website to bet on CSGO skins. I hope you can help me to recover the account because I have been a user for many years and I would not like to stop using the web”
