It’s a pity that you hold such an opinion about our website, but as a matter of fact, Hellcase is a legit and trustworthy case opening resource that provides more than 9 million users worldwide with great opportunities to get nice items and make profit. We understand that you might be upset about not getting the best and the most expensive items instantly, but the outcome of every case opening is randomly generated, and therefore depends on your luck. Sometimes you get some rare top-tier items, sometimes the skins you receive are a bit cheap. But even if that is so, you can always use the Upgrade or sign a contract in order to exchange the skins you don’t like for something better. Also, thanks to the variety of giveaways we host, you always have a chance to get some top items for free. With that being said, we wish you better luck next time!
