“Hellcase organize events, like tournaments and hub in a platform called Faceit. faceit.com We played a tournament that had a prize for 1,2, 3-4 position. 1,2,3 got payed but my team not. So there are 5 players including me that dont have the money. Tournament at issue: I can't post it because no links allowed, but its on faceit. It's called csgo tournament 1-st challenge and this is the url /es/csgo/tournament/0bdea144-db05-4e21-b363-58ae366fe165 This is like 1 year ago xd. We are team 4. I asked a lot in faceit and in their support page about the money without answer. By the way, I decided to give up about this situation and like 10 days ago they reopened their hub. They know that they didnt pay me, so in a match that a couple of guys where saying that I was throwing (We won it) I did one tk and yes, they banned me for ever for JUST 1 TK after being accused. I'm going to report this also on Faceit. They did this to the wrong person.”

“Excellent customer service, very helpful and kind. This is my favourite site for opening cases, as well site where I got most of my skins. Good thing is that if you get some skin you don't want you can sell it and get money instead.”

“Not a bad site for opening boxes. After I opened the boxes from steam, I thought it was pointless, but suddenly I came across the hellcase website in search, after I replenished the balance with $5 and opened the ak-47 box, I received a skin for $9 and was very pleased ... Many modes have appeared on the site since that time, and I really like it!”

“Hellcase is my favorite csgo gambling site. I started off with around a dollar from one of my skins, but I lost it all. But, it took me only 3 days of getting the free case each day to get 30 cents, for the cheapest case, and just by opening and upgrading a bit I got back to nearly 2 dollars. Would recommend, but don't go in on the big cases, don't spend all your money one one case, cus if you lose, its over.”
