“i won a knife on my first box, which was really exciting! unfortunately i continue to get an error saying Critical withdrawal service error! Please try later. everytime i try to send to my account. deeply upsetting, no response to my support ticket either”

“The website is cool and I like the looks of it, very stylish. The only problem is you can tell it's set to make you lose. The cases barely miss the best items every single time to make you think you're getting closer to getting that knife but you're not. It's impossible to profit from them unless you magically win the upgrade coin flip which is usually below a 50% chance so good luck.”

Hellcase supports provably fair system with instant result verification, which means that the outcome of every single case opening, case battle or upgrade is generated at random depending on the odds. As for the odds, you can always view them before pressing ‘open’ or ‘upgrade’ and decide whether you want to try your luck. We understand that you might be upset about not making instant profit, but we’re sure that the next case opening will bring you some nice items!

“I’ve played on many betting sites, but this one seems a little off, u can’t interact with other people on the site, so the battle could be with bots, and if u play enough ull notice the your always losing. I guess that’s just how gambling is :/”

What it means is that the outcome of every single case opening, case battle and upgrade is generated at random. We understand your concern about so-called bots, and we can assure you that only real people can participate in case battles. In-game communication is currently not available on the website, but it would be a nice addition to the case battles, so we'll think about developing this feature.
