“I have never used Hello Baby before but would again and recommend. Really quick dispatch and delivery. Product was well protected. My little girl will love her Afternoon Tea Set. Im sure she will be serving sandwiches and scones most of Christmas Day! :)”

“Sadly my order arrived with a damaged box. I emailed to see what the solutions were and was told as they felt the damage was only minor they would not offer a refund or exchange. I emailed back and received no answer. A shame as it was for a gift and it looks second hand.”

We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied with the item. From the photo you sent, the corner damage of the outer box was very minor and did not affect the items inside so it was not something that we could claim back from the shipping company. We try and go that extra mile for our customers when an item is obviously damaged or goes missing and I am sorry that in this case we felt that the problem did not warrant the cost to return and replace.

“Hello, your parcel came today and looks cute. I bought it for my grandson but as he is 21 months will need to wait till he is a little older although his mother gives him stickers to keep him quiet in church, but I will be interested to see what other products you sell. He likes trying to colour in a colouring book although it is just scribble but gives his mother some piece when she is trying to cook.”
