“The service was speedy and the package was so beautifully wrapped. It is a new born baby gift which I have not yet given, but I know that it will be a great success, the romper suit is exquisite and worth every penny.”

Dear Andreas, We're sorry to hear that your parcel was delayed. I had a look at your order and I can see that we received your order on: 24th of July(Friday) at 20:22 It was shipped on: 27th of July(Monday) at 14:28 Our current ETA on deliveries to Sweden is 5 working days from dispatch, meaning your order should have arrived on the 3rd of August if it was on time. Unfortunately sometimes parcels get delayed, especially due to the current worldwide health situation. This is beyond our control as delivery depends on Royal Mail and your local postal service. “Wonderfully quick shipping to Canada, less than 5 business days for my Weber Kettle to arrive. Pricey shipping? Sure, but hey if you want it, pay it. That's not Hello Baby's problem. Easy to use web site and reliable!”

“Had the original wooden version which is now used as a puppy barrier. The new version we installed with out the lock (no child) and it works perfectly & no hassles when you have your hands full. Some designs just work & are worth paying the extra for.”

“The product and free delivery were fantastic. Getting it ordered from the Unites States for a United kingdom delivery was quite difficult. Had to re-order three times before you accepted the transaction. Once it was actually accepted and then cancelled the next day. Need to streamline the Credit Card ordering online.”

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. Transactions can be declined either by your bank or our system for suspected fraud when the card owner's address is in a different country from the receipents. This is an automated process carried out by our payment service provider to protect people whose card details might have been stolen. “I immediately tried to cancel my order which there is no option to do so! Typed up an email just to get a smartass response about the wording of my email! So now I have to wait for my order to get here which is late by the way and no tracking info to send it right back to y’all for a refund! Never seen such difficult and non helpful customer service! Still have yet to receive it so there’s no other info to provide!”
