i have recieved multiple emails but no delivery not even a dispatch email.. how can you send a leave a review email before someone even gets their order?

Box was slightly damaged and the sticker seal had been opened so it doesn't look brand new and can tell the box has been opened before so doesn't look great as a gift. But products inside seem fine.

Perhaps you should consider another good use for your nappy pails. My husband and I now enjoy a town house with one huge square bathtub (2 other small bathrooms), but the laundry room upstairs does NOT have room for a sink. Our mobility is somewhat limited. The obvious solution is prepping clothes in the huge bathroom--AND putting things to soak in buckets in that huge tub! Since there are only two of us, things can soak for a few days before having a reasonable washer load. Borax is helpful for odor control, but a LID has become an obvious improvement! For more than one type of soak, more than one pail is also essential. So, finally, with three nappy pails, I have this under control! Many thanks, Judy--in the colonies

I was told when ordering my expected delivery date was yesterday. 29th December. Still no tracking information received. Not sure when it will arrive. Contacted via Facebook and Twitter and no response to enquiry. I wouldn’t of minded if the date they gave was more realistic but don’t give a date for it not to be fulfilled.

The website was super easy to navigate, and I found what I wanted very quickly (and was distracted by some other lovely toys along the way too!). The item arrived on the date I had specified, was packaged securely, in perfect condition, and was every bit as lovely as it had looked on the website. The doll was exactly as described, and beautifully made. The icing on the cake was just how much daughter loved / still loves it (as you can see in the photos!) Absolutely nothing to complain about, wonderful service all-round. Thank you!

Delivery was very fast did pay the extra for fast shipping and did arrive on time even with the Christmas rush! Product is perfect too
