“Nice website, easy to order, but why are you showing all prices ex vat. As a consumer facing site your prices should be INC VAT. Really misleading as you appear cheaper than others until you surprise the buyer with the VAT addition at the end. Comes across as really dodgy trying to trick customers.”

“Product was delivered several days late and thus missed Christmas. It also arrived broken in two pieces. It was placed in a bubble wrap bag, but all of the bubbles seemed to be popped. There was also only one small piece of styrofoam that appeared not help.”
