“Sent wrong size item. Then wanted me to buy same item again in correct size as well as pay return postage for the one bought originally. Also blamed sizing error on me as the buyer.”

“I ordered a wall mount, and it arrived fast. Unfortunately it turned out I needed an older version, which HelloBaby doesn't have. Instead of putting me through the though process of shipping it back (internationally), they just returned my money and asked me to donate it to charity. Great, superb service!”
