“Item ordered, confirmed and shipping confirmation received yet item was not in stock!!! I only found this out when I contacted customer service a week after receiving shipping confirmation. What a terrible service. As a first time customer I won’t be back. I hope you manage to issue the refund with more reliability than the product!”

Thank you for your feedback. There was an error which meant you were incorrectly sent an email stating this item was out of stock when in fact it was in stock and your order was shipped. “We ordered the Happy Day Big Cooker for our children, it was delivered promptly, however, it was missing all metal parts including screws and therefore assembly was impossible. I contacted the company via email to seek a solution to this issue but I received no reply. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service provided by Hello Baby and the shoddy product that I received from them.”

“One star is one too many. This company is a scam. They do not have the items they list for sale on Ebay. I never received a pack-n-play that I paid for, they won't ship me a new one, and they won't issue me a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.”
