“Ridiculously POOR packaging. Placed two ALEX tots fluffy friends craft kit boxes in a plastic bag for shipping! Of course, the boxes arrived crushed and torn. So this is what I'll have to be giving as a gift and it doesn't look good at all. With all the online shopping I have done in my life, I have never known any shipping department to package something like this so carelessly. Lesson learned. Now I know who to avoid.”
