Slow response which is only by email, which is frustrating when you have received such poor quality products. Eventually got resolved but still waiting for my refund.

The website was easy to use, there was an error with the discount code I emailed them this was sorted promptly and I was refunded the discount amount. One of the boxes got lost in transit so i only had half a baby set of drawers I informed them this took a little time to resolve as they had to track down the courier but it was I got the other half and there customer care team was fab to me specially mention to Ashley and Andie

I rate it with one star as I ordered sunglasses for my baby on 20.09.21 and I still haven't received it. On the yard almost November and I still don't have it. Please be aware that they take money and don't send the order to you.

Good Morning Elena, We are sorry to hear you have not been in receipt of your order. Unfortunately it was dispatched on 21/09/2021 on an untracked international shipment. The health and safety of all our team members is our number one priority. Recently, procedures and policies have been put into place as a result of COVID-19 that results in slower handling time. We appreciate your patience while we keep our warehouse and couriers safe. You were advised to allow some extra time for your order to arrive as we have been advised by our shipping partners that delays can take up to 25 working days on international shipments. I can tell you that your order is 28 working days overdue and therefore we would consider this to be past the estimated ETA. We would advise that next time you place an order that you select the TRACKED service at the checkout. However if the delayed ETA has surpassed we would then look into investigating this for you. We have many options and solutions. Perhaps you could contact our customer service who will be more than happy to help. Regards The Hello Baby Team

Very quick & efficient service , would of liked it in a box as delivery was in a plastic bag , saving on packaging I guess , would use again though , thanks
