“We were looking for a baby stroller safety wrist strap and we were only finding very short straps. We wanted one that would be easy you use, but long enough to be able to reach for a water bottle without removing the strap from our wrist. It was a frustrating experience. We finally found one on Hello Baby which suited our needs. The ordering process was easy, they confirmed the order and immediately and notified us of shipping with an estimated date of arrival. The strap arrived a day or two early (surprising considering it shipped from the UK to Hawaii). The strap is now on our jogging stroller and we couldn’t be happier.”

“Terrible customer service. I haven’t even received this product yet and it was advertised as next day delivery! Delivery is actually a month! The website masked that it was from the UK, in order to lure my purchase from Australia. Customer service refused to refund or return sale.”
