“I paid a premium for next day delivery as the item was needed for a present but DPD did not deliver - I was offered a refund on the postage but that doesn’t make up for the disappointment that the present was not delivered on time. Parcel delivered next day and postage was refunded but won’t order from Hello Baby again ☹️”

“Only complaint is that the item arrived with only a thin plastic sheet as packaging. The box had been crushed in transit due to no extra protection so now I can’t really give it to my niece as a gift as it looks really rough.”

“Ordering was easy and the item came within the time frame given at purchase. The stuffed schnauzer puppy is very life like with big blue eyes. One concern: one eyebrow is drastically smaller and thinned out compared to the other. I would have done an exchange if this store was located in my city but since it came out of country, I will adjust this myself.”

“Our grandson already had one at his house so we decided to get one for him when he visits us at our house. He enjoys the supported standing and the actives that come with it. We’ve used it indoors and also taken it outdoors. Well designed and simple to construct. Our grandson is currently 9 months old but has been using his home one for a few months. Would recommend.”

“Happy with baby organiser's box. It's a good size so holds quite a bit. Also a good price. I bought it to store art and craft things in. But great to put baby things in too. Delivery was quite quick.”
