“Je suis toujours en attente de réception de ma commande passée le 02/11/2021 nous sommes le 09/12/21. Malgré le problème de livraison une solution a été trouvé et mon achat entièrement remboursé sans délai. Cette société à été très compréhensive et a fait preuve de professionnalisme. Je recommande. Et je referai des achats sur site. Merci.”

“It was a very nice teddy bear that I had bought for my baby niece, when I touched it it was so fluffy and cozy I didn’t wanna let go. It was great but it took a long to time to arrive due to covid.”

“Product arrived promptly - great product. Only thing I would say it is a shame the magnetico was not supplied in a box (just in a plastic bag) as it is a present. I suspect that this is not the fault of Hello Baby though”

“I have received my package which was damaged I sent photos and asked what I should do Received an automated email to say I should send photos I replied I already have I have heard nothing since Parcel is still here I tried phoning it tells you this service is not available Please tell me what to do The only emails I receive is asking me for a review I would rather you would respond to my query”
