“Very bad service from your company. I ordered this item on 6th Sept and it still not with me. I emailed you on 20th Sept and all I was given was the tracking number which only tells me that the Item was shipped by you on 7th sept, which is not very helpful.”

“I placed my order and was provided an confirmation email. I however did not receive a shipping notice. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my mailbox and received my package. I live in Canada and my wait time was really good in my opinion. Opened it up, installed the batteries and it works like a charm. My daughter was heart broken when her original stopped working and I could only find the star 65 and up until I stumbled upon Hellobaby for 38 dollars.”
