“Would definitely recommend Hello Canvas to all my friends and family. They were so dedicated to make sure that my prints were perfect, that when I sent them a message saying I thought one of my prints wasn't right, they immediately, told me that I could either get them to reprint or chose another print free of charge and free delivery. (also to keep the canvas I wasn't pleased with) Which was exactly what I did and the new prints was with me in a couple of days. I couldn't thank them enough with there fast action. Customer care at it's very best. I was delighted with my canvas's.”

“i am a repeat customer and have always been very pleased until this order. Sadly the canvas was very slack and not stretched enough I am having to take out the staples and redo it myself. Very disappointing as one of the prints was a gift also. Picture quality was good just let down by a very poor quality finish.”

“The original that I ordered arrived very blurry and of poor quality. I rang to complain and a colleague called Alexandra was excellent in dealing with the problem and arranged for a replacement free of charge to be sent as soon as possible. I was extremely pleased with how helpful she was. The replacement was much better than the original but still slightly below the standard I was expecting and not as clear as canvases I have purchased from other companies. This is the main reason why I give the feedback a rating of normal rather than any higher.”

“Fantastic is the only word to describe the Canvas and the Customer Service. Bit of a last minute order for a 21st birthday present but Alexandra assured the canvas would be delivered in time and sure enough it was. Quality of canvas is lovely and my daughter was very happy with the gift. Thanks HelloCanvas, would definitely order again.”

“After a lot of help choosing the correct picture Hello Canvas edited and dispatched it within day or two. The picture arrived and was absolutely gorgeous. It was a birthday gift for my mum and she loved it, it was on the wall within an hour! I will be recommending Hello Canvas to all who ask and even those who dont!”
