“You use DPD! I asked them to deliver to their local store as I was away for four days. I can't pick the item up because they require a photo driving licence or passport, neither of which I have at the moment. I offered a Ministry of Defence Id card but the store wouldn't accept this. No other delivery company I have dealt with is this pedantic so unless DPD come up with a solution then I cannot receive the item. They have been contacted!”

“I've now received 3 pictures from Hello canvas (small and 2 large) and I am really happy with them all. The pictures all came with hangings but I used Command velcro strips and they hold really well. My latest arrival is a large map with pins and it looks fantastic now its up on the wall. The customer service at Hello Canvas is excellent. I contacted them on two occasions to ask questions and the replies were prompt, friendly and very helpful. I will be ordering more pictures due to the customer service and quality of the pictures.”
