Hi there,
I'm considering using HelloGuest to let and fully manage a 3 double br / 2br, newly renovated property in Coventry with capacity to accommodate up to 8 guests (inc utilising a sofabed). Realistically it would comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The earning's assessment averages proved by HellopGuest is £3K per month (after all costs) which is a decent return, however this assessment appears to have been made by solely advertising on AirBnB with an very high 80% monthly occupancy rate, and a nightly charge of £100 - £250. I'm aware that HG advertises on some 30 additional channels thus maximisung the occupancy rate.
Would the above occupancy rate and return seem realistic? Does anyone have any any more specific/accurate earning's figures for the Coventry/West Midland's area for such a property via HG?
Thanks in advance!
Paul
