NP Coleman was attentive, thorough, and took the time to address all my concerns without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the treatment plan. The convenience of a virtual visit was a huge plus, saving me travel time while still receiving top-notch care. “My appointment with Noussaiba Ayour was such a positive experience. I was switching providers and felt nervous because it was my first time using Klarity Health / Kiwi, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The transition was honestly made painless by this provider and I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She even sent me a chat the same evening I booked my initial appointment and had an open line of communication established so I knew how to contact her if I had questions leading up to the appointment. I found Noussaiba Ayour very easy to talk to and felt like she genuinely cared about my situation and well-being. She was even able to help me continue my medication treatment not to mention she had the prescriptions sent to my pharmacy in under an hour, and made sure to send me a chat to confirm it was all taken care of. I could not have asked for a better overall experience and am glad I decided to give Klarity Health / Kiwi a try thanks to Noussaiba Ayour. I highly recommend Noussaiba Ayour to anyone who is looking for a top level care provider.”
