“The appointment was easy to make. The availability was quick. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because my insurance would not work with my prescriptions from this provider.”

“Klarity has been a service that meets what I needed it to meet. I find it entirely adequate. However, Dr. Wilson-Tarpeh has been exceptional. She listened to me, helped find the dosage for me that worked for my medications, and has been all-around an absolute delight, which is a wonderful change from psychiatrists in the past whom I've had less-than-stellar experiences with. If there were a seperate 'star' form above, I'd give her a full glowing 5/5.”

“Klarity sends too many emails with lengthy instructions, it's confusing and I don't have the time nor the attention span to read them. Filling out the same forms month after month is not productive when nothing has changed. A link instead of searching for a code hidden in an email for accessing calls would be a better setup. My provider, Christine Forge is friendly and professional. I'm happy to keep her as my provider.”

“First consultation with Joana Reyes was fantastic! She was knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt comfortable discussing my medical concerns with her! I have made an appointment to follow-up with her. The only thing that was a little difficult for me was the upfront cost of the first consultation and the continued fee. This is because the company does not take insurance. I'm not sure if this is something that will change in the future, but it would be helpful to your patients to consider! 5 stars for the provider, 4 stars overall (this is just due to the cost as I am a grad student and it takes a long time to recoup the money from insurance on the back end).”
