Unbelivable. I ordered food from uber eats and so the restoraunt called me and said they don’t have it. I cancelled the order and Uber charged me. This is a fraud.

This service is becoming a scam. I have reserved a cab to the airport and I received a confirmation email with my booking and just after double checking directly on the uber app it came out I didn't have any trip booked, instead I had to book another trip for nearly double price. I didn't received any cancellation email whatsoever and the costumer service wasn't able to help at all. If I wouldn't have double check I would have found myself waiting for my cab on the street at 3am. I still don't know the reasons why my trip was first confirmed and then rejected without notification and I found this service absolutely disgusting. Surely I won't reserve any more trip with this company which clearly doesn't support paying client.

I was in the middle of explaining and issues and the operator just ended in my call soo rude!!! I got over changed and they are telling me there is nothing they can do, yes you can refund me my money!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars as I received no help. 10 days of a technical issue and they just kept telling me to do the same 3 things. Obviously, it’s an issue on their end. They must just read off a paper and have no actual knowledge. Issue is still not fixed.

Uber sucks there's no customer service. There is no one to talk to first time User, and no assistance at all would never, ever ever used your service. Needed help. And no one was able to help. Would never recommended your services to a 1st time user.

This is not the first time it happened, but yesterday I took a ride from my home to a restaurant/bar about 15 minutes away from my home. The driver was absolutely reckless. As I was being tossed around in the backseat yes I had my seatbelt on, he seemed as if he was trying to impress me with his driving skills. I swear, I thought I was gonna die. As I said, this is not the first time this is happened. I don’t know how you could implement better checks and balances on your divers, But I try to avoid Uber at all cost. My driver on the way back home was much better.

Driver stole my money said he had to stop to move his bowels because he had eaten too much prior to picking me up But when he got out of the car at whataburger I started feeling uneasy so I started taking pictures of my surroundings and texting myself about what was going on Later when I got home I saw close to 11 dollars on my charge for a stop that he made Uber is not responding to my complaints But Karma ain’t no joke Gods got this one

On Thursday, 7/18, I made an inquiry about prices for a trip to a hospital. I did not schedule the trip. Definitely did not confirm it. UBER charged me for canceling a trip which I neither scheduled nor confirmed. On Friday, July 19, I scheduled this trip for $13. Two hours later, I scheduled a return trip along the same route. This time the trip cost me 3.5 time the first trip, $34!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!. I tried to email and text Uber. No luck. When you attempt to use Uber's help feature, Uber will respond not with a direct response to your inquiry, but with a bombardment of a 1000 different policy directives. In short, there's no way to communicate directly with Uber. My experience has been a rip-off. Phil Starr

I deleted my Uber platforms and wanted to share my experience after driving for 10 years with Uber. Tonight, I was transferred 7x to address one issue because there wasn’t a Manager at the office. Uber knowingly takes advantage of their employees from sending out delivery ride requests for less than $0.25 a mile. I have had plenty of $2.00 orders for over 20 miles of driving. If I decline the request, my acceptance and cancellation percentages get docked. I have received Walmart order requests to show up and find that the store is closed. After reporting this issue again with Uber on 07/20/2024 at 1:14pm, Anne stated this issue has been reported by drivers before and Uber has no control over the Walmart orders sent on THE UBER app… this type of business preys on their employees to pick up their slack, fair warning

Why is it so hard to get in contact with Uber or for them to reply to messages and then they don't read the message properly so for one simple problem I have to write 50 messages to them .

I wish the ratings were in Black Holes instead of stars. I'd give it 5 for sure. Absolutely the worst customer service. Which is a complete misnomer. There is absolutely NO service, and they treat their "customers" with disdain. I've tried and tried to give them my money, but apparently mine isn't worth their time or attention. After trying to order a ride and having my payment method declined "Try another payment method: We are unable to process the selected payment method for this trip. Please select a credit or debit card issued in the US." when, of course, the 4 different payment methods I have attached to the app are all in good standing and all issued in the US, I contacted "customer service" through their chatbot and it's been two weeks of them saying "we'll escalate this and have someone contact you via email". 1 guess as to how many emails I've received? I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

Uber support is so inaccurate that it's grammatically impossible. They are literally worse than useless. They cause more harm than good. They just do not care about drivers or customers AT ALL

Very bad experience with Uber ride I strongly not recommend to anyone to take ride with Uber specially outside India because when ever any issue they didn't respond well and even not communicate with us and driver also. When ever there is problem they didn't provide contact of driver

The worst experience of support and anything related to that meaning they are opposite of that 46 minutes. Delay with a video appointment. Not solving any problem and always begging for good reviews and preaching smiley faces showing you like. You're an idiot and beg for a 🙂 instead of solving your problem. They say we send you a link but they never do never responsive and sometimes even very rude.

Very terrible customer support. You are forced to talk to a bot while being given limited issues to choose from. Even when you state your issue you might get a how to instruction and the call ends

Uber is terrible. Downloaded the app, used it once 6 months ago and it worked great. Used it again from the same airport to same destination as I did six months ago and I was asked to verify my ID (I already have an acct). I was stuck in an airport, running around taking a photo of my ID in various places, trying to avoid glare, getting contrasted backgrounds to maybe make the image 'pop' better, etc. Ended up asking airport personnel to help. Had a kind gentleman trying the same things I was....he couldn't get it to work, either. There was no button to actually upload the image to their app. Frustrating. Called Uber for help and the help portion of their automated menu was "visit uber.com." Couldn't speak to a person. I called back and connected to a rep to book a trip so I could ask a person what to do...she would not help. I explained the situation and asked if she could advise (no harsh words) and she simply hung up on me. Ended up calling a taxi - didn't cost much more and I highly recommend this option to people! Will do that going forward instead of Uber. Would behoove this company to have help on the spot with technical difficulties. I was left in the lurch without a ride and in the moment when you're reliant on this service, that really sucks.
