Uber has the worst customer service! They do not assist on the phone everything is thru emails and you never receive a response

I reserve a rental car in Houston tx.. paid for through Uber only to find out that you need a cc which I didn’t have so I cancel it within an hour of me reserving it and still have not received a refund for a car I did not get .. and it’s really hard to get costumer service..

Uber is NOT a safe ride . Just before midnight on the 26/Aug I ordered a ride through the app. I was sent a price, which I agreed to , then a driver accepted the drive. I was sent his name, registration number and licence number. I got in the car , which smelled of urine. It was only 4 minutes ride and when I arrived home, I attempted to leave the car. Thats when he asked me to open my app and change destination! I refused and my son can see through our CCTV camera that it is taking me long to leave the car so he called. Thats when the driver allowed me to leave the car, and said he will change destination. Then he proceeded to change the amount he charged me. I called Uber, they said they have no details of the ride or driver! the driver managed to charge as he please, delete the trip details entirely from the Uber system. I have a screen shot of all of pre and post trip details, but they would not refund or investigate the driver! I am grateful that my son could see me on our CCTV and called me, since I always send the details of my ride to my family... I would never use Uber ride again, as it is unsafe if a driver can wipe out a ride details.. Women think that since every thing is documented we are safe, but not if Uber system can be manipulated by the drivers. I called 4 times, and the phone was slammed on my call twice.

Drivers steal your food and Uber does nothing about it. My family and i will not have dinner for 3 nights this week and will probably have to do hungry, bc uber decided to just not refund me. The answer was bc the order matches the receipt. Uhm yes it does, but I didn't get the damn food

My son took an Uber ride in Gilbert. He told the driver in advance he had a disability. The driver took him half way through the ride and dropped him off on side of the road because he decided he didn't like my sons disability. This has been done more than once. My son is covered under the ADA. I don't understand why your drivers are not trained about people with disabilities and they to are entitled to a safe ride. This needs to be made public so the community becomes aware about the type of drivers they are at risk of being connected to thru Uber...

Can use please stop hiring drivers that dont speak english. Had an incident tonite was at laundrymat and the driver went to the Verizon store next door which was closed, expected me to carry my bags over there i guess then instead of turning around on Franklin Ave he backed up 50 feet with cars beeping at him. Id rather take a taxi for close places like the laundrymat that was very dangerous

There is NO support. They don’t show up and leave you with no option but to cancel and the. They charge you a cancellation fee. This is by far the worst service ever invented!

For 4 mile ride, the driver arrived after 45 mins and audacity to expect a tip. Uber, get your drivers to understand, tip is for service. No service, no tip!!!!! Service means - open the door, lift the luggage….do something beyond the duties of transporting the passenger from point a to point b. For that, they get paid the amount that is quoted. Work on better behaviors and attitude!

No response from Uber support regarding a driver who obviously wanted me to cancel him so that he could get a cancellation fee. I called three times and I messaged him twice. The map clearly shows that he was not move - or 20 mins - when the pickup was scheduled for 12 mins pick up.

Uber stole Telana Harrison money. A gift card was sent to her Uber cash account an they won’t allow her to use it to take rides also won’t refund the money to the person who sent it even though I gave them the gift card number an order number . Lyft is much better Uber are thieves an they give you a hard time because they know they get the last word because it’s hard to speak to someone directly when your just an rider

I took an Uber ride. Unfortunately I left my phone in the car. Instead of the driver named Rustam returning it to me he threw it out the window 20 seconds from my home resulting in it being run over. It was shattered front and back as well as rained on. The only reason I found it is bc my family members received an alert saying a crash was detected and provided the location of the phone. Uber support has done nothing to help other than refund me $20. Now I’m out money bc I have to purchase a new phone. This was unacceptable and I will never be using Uber again!!!!!!

Driver wrongfully cancelled ride an had smerky remarks pertaining a personal matter also showed up early an complained about people not being at the exact spot 15 feet away dropped off nearly 3 miles from destination in the °100 weather an claimed they were not taking the comments towards them when they are supposed to drive an mind there own business an shouldn't have opened there mouth on the subject

Uber funking sucks you spend all this money to get food they never bring the right food then if I want to go somewhere they charge you all this money only to pick you up late never the time they post before you send for the ride I'm done with them they need to be sued I just bored breakfast $40 plus tip and my food is fuckd up perusal just cook save your money and time

A Customer Support Team Took $142 Dollars From Me. Sent Me On A Blank Trip Had Me Sitting And Waiting For The Customer. I Tried To Call The Customer And One Of The Customer Service Tells Me That No One Is There And Tells Me The Reason Why I Was Sent To That Location To Say In 24 Hours That A Customer Called A Put In A Complaint That They Requested A Ride And That It Was Me That Came To Pick Them Up Then Go Home Talking About That He Knows How Customer Sometimes Lie And That He Was Going To Make Sure I Get Paid For The Trip Then Ask Me To Call Him Back After I Completed My Route For That Day And To Make Sure I Was In A Safe Place So I Complete My Route He Calls Me Instead To Walk Me Through The Steps On How To Get A Promotion That They Had Going On In Able To Get My $ 200 Dollars And Had Me To Move $ 100 Dollars Of My A Back Up Account In Case I Needed Extra Cash And They Take Money From Your Earnings To Pay Back Over To A Debit Card So Now Not Only That I Have To Pay Back Money That I Didn’t Have Access To I’m Like Really After I Realized What Was Going On I Called Back To Tell Him I Don’t Have Access To This Money And I Can Out To Make This Money To Feed My Family He Hangs Up On Me I Called Back For Support They Tell My To File A Dispute And I Haven’t Heard Back From Anybody When I Try To Contact For More Support I Can No Longer Speak To A Live Person I Can Only Reach Them By Message I Want To Talk To A Live Person Not Chat

I do not recommend working for Uber as a delivery driver. I completed a trip, but the Uber App wasn't working properly, and I wasn't able to confirm that I completed the order so I reached out to Uber Support to help with confirming the order so I can continue on. The agent lied to me by saying that she will have to cancel the order, but she promised that I will still get paid for it. Long story short, Uber didn't pay me the full amount they owed me. Uber Support continuously transferred me to every agent just to tell me that they weren't going to give me what they owed me. I asked for a supervisor many times, but they ignored me and continued to transfer me to another agent that basically couldn't help. PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR UBER DELIVERY, it is not worth the frustration.

Took 1 hour and 45 mins to then lie and say he'd delivered food. CCTV in the whole street showing he never bothered to show up and lied to his employer.

Absolutely terrible. Had to talk to three people for two hours only to get pushed back to my business administrator at the very end. I'm pretty sure none of them understood english. What a joke.
