Ordered Uber, waited 10 minutes while “ we’re looking for your driver “ then told can’t find driver try again later. Walked a few yards to taxi rank got a taxi for half the price. Now taking app off phone.

If I could leave 1 star I would!!! Uber support is no help at all! Me and the driver had to figure it out ourselves ! Uber was no help I had to pay out of my pocket to get my item returned and th support team was getting so frustrated that they ended the call before I even got things resolved with my driver ! I’m sticking to Lyft from now on because this was unacceptable!! They didn’t want to credit my account or anything . It’s 11pm at night and I’m arguing with Uber support because they are not being considerate with peoples time and money they offered no help what so ever me and my driver had to work things out Amongst ourself and that’s not fair we don’t work for Uber ! Uber should have handled it and they didn’t I use Uber every day!! Everyday and to be treated like this as a 60 year old man is unacceptable

Uber support is horible and Uber is horrible!!! Apearently THEY signed me up for their subscription they deducted (charged) every month 10 USD from my bank account sending me an invoice (so un-lawfully) they only redound me 2 months !!! I never ever use Uber anymore and I hope more people will share this and will go to court !!! This brings millions for them and they do not send you a notification, they do not send you an invoice!!! It’s 100000% robbing money !!!

Literally the worst service I’ve ever witnessed, and there’s no excuse considering how big this company is. I recently got back on the app to start driving again but my banking information was very outdated, this would just be a simple fix right? Just update my info right?…WRONG. They disabled me from changing my info for no apparent reason saying it’s “suspicious activity” mind you just after doing a successful face verification to even be allowed access to type the new info. I reached out to support just to get transferred over and over and to receive a final response saying “we’ll get to you in about 48hrs when a representative is available” 2 F*CKING DAYS? the issue persisted so all the money I had made on Uber auto transferred into an account I no longer have access to and I’m still here with no solution. Their system is very flawed and I always run into issues like this for no reason. I say this genuinely with every cell and atom in my body, F*CK UBER SUPPORRT.

Recently just yesterday I had experience to Waze. I’m trying to go someplace in and I give them the address that I’m going to and I give them the address to pick me up from Will instead of him picking me up they go to the address that I’m going to And he did that several times several times several times and I hope I wasn’t charged for it

Would love to give 0 stars. Support is scripted. I would be connected to an agent and my text box disappeared so I couldn’t reply or send any photos. I wrote this in my initial chat but agent after agent would ask for photos… almost wondering if the support agents are chat bots… there’s no other way of contact and I even initially asked if there’s another avenue. I guess I’ll take the $7 hit for a food item I cannot eat because I’m allergic to an ingredient…. the app didn’t notify me that my shopper swapped an item (I didn’t even approve). There’s a reason I don’t use Uber Eats often and I think this just solidified that I’ll never use it again. Fix your support!

J was going to split my business with a different transportation company. Never will i leave uber or split my time with any other transportation company, I will always ts continue to use uber,, They are the best very reliable, very understanding,very very considerate, TRUST UBER A B D THERE DRIVERS, I can admit I've had 1 or 2 drivers that can have an attitude but I refuse to let a person having a bad day change my positive energy towards the awesome uber business,, GREAT JOB UBER YOUR BUSINESS IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR GREAT CITY OF HOUSTON THANK YOU UBER SINCERELY DAVE TENEYUQUE

wish I could give it 0 stars, doesn't deserve the 1 star. I pay for an Uber One membership which I am promptly cancelling. I have never made an order that has been received within the estimated delivery time. Statistically that tells me their estimations are terrible. For one of the biggest tech companies in the world this is ridiculous. The delivery windows are misleading. They have enough data to be able to make better estimations. The chat support is insulting. Every time you message they just tell you to wait and end the chat before you can respond. This is clearly not a business model that works. Uber Eats is meant to be about convenience. There is nothing convenient about being hungry and ordering from a place only to have to wait double the time you expected, if not triple. Only to then have the odd issue with the food that you don't bother reporting because by that point you are so hungry and have battled with support and your about to give up all hope. Food has often been delivered leaked or cold, or had missing items. I don't have evidence because I was not collecting any. I don't want to have to build evidence or a case. I just wanted their service to align with their promises and marketing. Uninstalling the app. Will talk bad about the company at any opportunity.

Worst customer service in the history of mankind. “Another department is responsible for handling your concerns but we can’t transfer you to them”. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was asked to provide my best call back number so they would give me a call. They never did. I called and emailed MULTIPLE times in the past month. I have never felt so ignored in my life as a customer. All Uber does is lies.

I am an Uber Driver. Uber left me stranded with no gas money to get home because I was unable to add my debit card in the app. I called driver support 5 times as an emergency. I will see Uber in court for negligence and endangerment.

They charged me for a ride I did not take, offered no support during said ride, saw it on my app on my phone... couldn't call anyone, driver refused to cancel. Afterwards, I complained and go no response or refund. Have continued for months fighting them on this, finally ! was told they have refunded me. 2 days later get a message they cant refund me?? Complained to the point of finally getting "supervisor" to call me, and the only thing she could do is offer a 30$ Uber Cash( the ride I was charged for was 69.00$) I thanked her and asked for an addition $ credit to equal an unauthorized and not taken ride charge. Was told no , and told me she respected my concerns of this issue? haha To which I asked, If this situation was reversed would you be happy and satisfied with what you just offered me for compensation? The supervisor reply" No, I would not" haha ... once I burn through the credit this app will be deleted

Base fare: 32.12 Surge charge: 25.70 (steal) Subtotal: 57.82 + Booking Fee: 3.39 = Total 61.21 (Ridiculous) This is ridiculous, the base fare on the app was 32.12 the surge was charged after the fact. Will never use Uber again.

Literally the most poorly administrated company I've ever dealt with. In the end I gave up and uninstalled the app. At the time of writing this, there have been 412 reviews with an average of 1.2 stars. That's embarrassingly bad but... "your feedback is important to us." Just woeful.

I tool an Uber new years eve . However both drivers I had to my destination and back home were on time and pleasant . However the following day I was informed that all Uber rides were free for New Years Eve and I was charged . I got a discount but was still charged . The drivers didn't tell me . I didn't get the free voucher offer or notification on the app . Then when I contacted customer service support, Instead of speaking to a human I get online chats and was taken to a whole other site. Then the customer service support team from " Just Ask " Then The agent sent me this page to fill out an application asking for my card info. It was secure and ligit but seemed irrelevant. Finally I reached the Uber Co. Which they had just told me that in the first place to avoid all the extra BS and trouble. Finally they connected me with an agent but I had to wait 10 minutes to get an " agent " via text. I reported my issue how I was charged and want my refund . Then they tell me they will have a " third party " contact me tomorrow. I just want my refund . This is unfair If it was free , unavailable on my app and I was STILL charged $15 to my destination and $17 back .

Customer service is a joke....No. one can help you they transfer you 20 times and you have to repeat yourself 20 times...they don't help at all...got hung up on then they emailed me 20 mins later saying they try to call back..BS. and said we got disconnected...no we did not you Hung up on me!!! GPS sends you wrong way and they fault you for it even though you on phone with support during the GPS fail!!!

I wish I can give zero stars. Let me start by saying after ordering nearly 500 orders via Uber eats and more than 1000 rides with Uber, I have now deleted my account with them. Today I ordered food for my kids from Greggs. I put the order in at 2.20pm and about 10 min after they say the delivery guy is picking up my order. When it was about 2.45pm I wanted to cancel the order because I can see in the app that the delivery guy has been at the same spot for the last 15min and of course now by the time food now gets to me it cold and not fresh. The ETA time keeps on moving longer and longer. Bare in mind I have a child with learning difficulties who is waiting for his food. By now I got another ETA update which now said that the ETA is at 3.15pm which by now was nearly an hour since I initially made the order. When I initially made the order it said on the app that the estimate delivery was 25min. I now went into the chat app of Uber eats explaining to them the situation and asked for my delivery to be cancelled because it’s taking too long. The Uber eats app is not good at all. You send one message and then they will send you 5 to 6 messages at the same time which does not give you a chance to read all. I saw the message do you want to cancel and I said yes stating my reason and letting them know that the driver has been at the same spot which is not even at the restaurant for more than 20min. I then went through the thread and saw due to me cancelling they are charging me about £19. The food that I ordered was £20. These people whoever dealt with my case has no shame. After they took my money without any investigation regarding the ETA closed the chat which did not allow me to chat any further. I then called customer service which was no help at all. I then sent them an email a Explaining that the ETA kept changing and driver was at the same spot for more than 20min and that I only saw that they will charge me after I went through the chat thread but they responded saying that I wanted to cancel and so they did and at the end of the response they said “no response needed”. How horrible and disgusting is this customer service. They did not even bother to investigate why the delivery driver accepted the job but stayed on the same spot for more than 20min. These horrible people did not even consider that that money they took was to buy a meal for my son with learning disability. No investigation was made regarding the driver. Many times I’ve ordered and I can see the driver took the job but the driver would take their own time to deliver. Many times my order is wrong, many times I receive an order where the food is spilled but I don’t really complain but today this company has made a fool out of me and took money from me, money that was meant to buy my son a meal from his favourite restaurant. I am extremely disappointed by this company, their customer service and their delivery service. We are paying a fee, we are paying the drivers so why are drivers allowed to pick up your order when they feel like doing so. Why were their no investigation into the delivery guy’s ETA or why was he at the same spot for more than 20min. Uber Eats needs to know that their service is not free. We pay for the food and delivery service so why are we treated as if they are doing us a favour and as if the service is free. As said I am so disappointed and disgusted with this company.
