I waited over a hour for my food it did not say the driver had to stop off on the app the driver had stopped for 15 / 20 minutes and my food was freezing cold and my drink was half empty then when I had a dis agreement with the driver she drove off then Uber eats cancelled and charged me more for cancellation I did get my food but it was freezing I had to through it away and my son had to wait another 40 minutes for me to make him something to eat the worst service I’ve had ever before

quoted a 22 dollar ride, then charged 56 dollars after the ride was over. When I ask support for help all they say is that the ride was charged correctly.

uber has the worse customer service i ever experienced. no phone support no online support. they give you options you have to chose from. if if your problem is not one of the options then you out of luck .

Your platform is great but I let someone use my vehicle to deliver your package and it ain't worth. WHY DOES ONE DELIVERY FOR 4.99 TAKE 41 MINUTES. THAT CUSTOMER FIRST DONT UNDERSTAND GAS PRICES COST MORW THAN THE TIP.SO UBER WANTS THEIR DRIVERS TO SLAVE WAIT IN RESTAURANTS LINES TRAFFIC TO TAKE A BURGER 41 MINUTES AWAY. WITH DOORDASH THAT IS 3 OR 4 ORDERS IN 40 MINUTES. THIS IS VERY DISPLEASING BECAUSE HE HAS TO DRIVE 16HRS TO MAKE $60..WHO DOES THAT I RATHER WORK A REGULAR JOB...UBER PRICES TOO HIGH AND SLAVE THEIR WORKERS FOR PENNIES. THEY MAKE 10 to have to put in the gas tank to finish a $2 tip.

Paris has the worst service l have ever experienced. They have too many drivers who have no idea of how to follow directions. It’s really pathetic. They are 1 minute away and then they are10 minutes away. Go figure

You freaking jerks stole from and can see as clear as day that my stops were not complete and I was left stranded for two hours because you took all the money I had and refused to pay me what you owe. You are the worst company ever. Your people sexually harassed and assaulted your passengers. You drivers say a trip is complete and they are not then you don’t refund the passenger the money you stole. Then you keep coping and pasting the same message over and again you will never see a dime from again. And I’m filing a police report on you all for your deception.

The worst Uber customer support experience- I contacted them re the fact that there had been fraud related to a 150$ gift card that I purchased - I had to reopen the same case 4 times and they have done NOTHING!! I guess they don’t care that there platform is being used for fraud !

Worst service ever!!!! Drivers cancel all the time after waiting 15 minutes for them to show up......no one to contact worst service EVER!!!! Lyft is much more efficient and better

As a rider I suppose to receive toll reimbursements, specially when the trip shows. I had to complain to not receive it and in the end support answered this issue happened with me in the past when I was fighting to get the money that I worked for and after 4 different supporter to get contracted finally I received my money. Now they just closed my email saying it is been happened in the past. Unprofessional people how could they get as a support worker job??? Uber should watch them and give them training. This support system is ridiculous! Not supporting them riders at all!

As a vendor who allows Uber drivers to deliver goods and services provided by our business, it shouldn't be impossible to reach support to report rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional delivery personnel who are rude, antagonistic, and aggressive with my staff. I ordered from a restaurant that Uber delivers for. I followed my delivery progress using Uber's tracking system on my computer. Everything is moving along with preparing the order at the restaurant. It appeared Uber had difficulties locating a driver to pick up and deliver the order. Finally, the tracking system listed the driver's name and said the driver was coming to pick up the order. One-half hour later, Uber's system says, "Ooop, it looks like your driver has canceled. We must find another driver unless you want to switch to pickup. I could not pick up the order then, so I said I would arrange to pick up the order later today. The Uber rep from the live Chat said the order had been canceled, and I was charged an $84 cancellation fee that would be split between the driver and the restaurant. I told the rep. I did not cancel the driver canceled, so why do I owe a cancellation fee? The rep said the fee was for the time the driver and restaurant spent on the order. Again, I needed to clarify because the driver canceled. I said to the Uber rep. Okay, so forget canceling. Where is my order? The rep. He tells me I can no longer get my order, but I am still being charged the cost due to the cancellation. Finally, the Uber rep stated he had helped me as much as he could, and this conversation was over, so he disconnected the chat. I got another rep through the chat who said, based on my conversation with the previous rep, that he could not talk to me and that next time, I should ensure my order is accurate before placing the order. I stood looking out my computer in disbelief because I never said there was a problem with the order. Two, I could not believe a rep Who was supposed to help instead chose to do the less likely thing to help because they needed help to provide an answer. Third, I would not believe that Uber is telling me they charge the cost of my order as a cancellation fee and refuse to give me what I paid for, in this case, the food. Uber wouldn't even allow us to arrange a pickup, which they initially proposed. I am disguised, disappointed, frustrated, and furious with Uber. I will never do business with them again and talk with anyone I know to do the same. Uber needs better customer service and charges outrageous fees to pad their pockets. Uber needs to invest in sensitive classes for its team members and find better ways to resolve issues like this one so that the outcome is an enjoyable, equitable solution and experience for everyone. This is a stupid reason to lose a loyal customer; see how many times I've used Uber. I have a group, personal, and business account. I meant I had these accounts, but as of today, I canceled all accounts with Uber and any of its affiliates. Uber could have offered not to charge me the cancellation fee and helped to arrange a pickup or a credit for a later date up to the cost of the order, both of which I would have understood and agreed to. I just picked up the order from the restaurant, and Uber did not pay for the restaurant. What is going on!!!!!!!!! I need help reaching someone at Uber. The whole system is a recorded line, and this is unacceptable. Uber, you will need to pay the restaurant as soon as possible. Uber's behavior is intolerable, horrible, and disgusting.
