so bad. not sure who uber hires but these people cannot provide any customer survive whatsoever. rather consistently bang my head against a wall than waste time out of my day to talk to these people.

Uber support or customer service is absolutely abhorrent. I once worked for UberEats, thinking that it would be cool since you have more freedom by choosing when you will start your shift and end your shift and it was mainly delivering food, but then I realized how much they like to drain your energy, get over on you and don't care about your safety. 1.) Uber support will give you orders that are far for money that can barely help with paying for gas. 2.) When Uber support gives orders to pick up at a restaurant it doesn't show the zipcode of the location you are dropping the food at until after you pick up the food. 3.)Good luck speaking to Uber support about any issues or errors with your earnings because they will continuosly transfer you to other agents just to tell you that they can't fix your issue at all. 4.) Most importantly, when you are following the directions to a customer's home after picking up their order, the uber support will send a request that blocks the directions and if you try to ex out the request then they will keep sending more which can cause an accident. All in all, I don't recommend working risking your safety, time and energy for Uber since they clearly do not care about the drivers.

There is no customer support that I can find. The Uber app does not recognize my password. I click "I forgot my password" It sends a code to my email which I never get. Their online help requires the password. There is no email to contact but business.support and they haven't responded to 5 emails where I tell them I don't get the emails so text me a link to update my password. There is no customer.support email or customer support phone number that I can find. I try to reset the app and delete the account and start over but when I enter my phone number it says there is already an account so I can't.

I ordered a bundle last night for pizza and a dessert and was double charged for the delivery and service fee when it should have been one they refused to reimburse me through my debit the overcharge. Chose to credit my uber account. Then hung up on me when I told them I would not accept a credit line, but wanted reimbursed.

I am so disappointed with Uber in many years I have been using , they are deducting money in my account nonstop . On 10 June I was sleeping all day but they deduct 3 times in account, I did send email , it is helpless , I decide to take payment card off which it is not good at all , So disappointed’ it have been happen many times

Every ride I booked with Uber I faced issue with the payment.. The amount increases every 10 mins until I reach my destination and all the cabs and Auto drivers do not close the ride after reaching the destination even after payment is made. The uber app further fraud who refunds the payment post a complaint is registered.. however, it's deducted on the next ride and plus I make a cash payment... Because the driver will not agree to end the ride to reflect the actual amount.. worst experience ever ...after so many years of traveling I will deactivate the uber app and choose a different provider.. Absolutely NO customer support.. fraudulent company and feel cheated and fooled over and again...

Terrible support. no official support service so tried to go through twitter. they replied to me in the wrong language, ignored my questions and have been completely unhelpful. AWFUL COMPANY

Uber has no longer has customer support for riders other than a FAQ page. Support on FAQ page was inaccurate and ineffective.

Uber has a 3rd party (Checkr) to perform background checks on there candidates and Checkr stated I have all of these felonies mean while I never been convicted of not even 1 in my life. They cannot differentiate between being charged and being convicted. Worst customer service experience ever disusting!

The recent experience with Uber Eats has been disappointing and concerning. Despite the careful placement of a grocery order, the delivery was fraught with complications. Unfortunately, the assigned driver mistakenly delivered to an incorrect address, prompting a call to rectify the situation. Upon communication with the driver, it was immediately communicated that the recipient is hearing impaired. Despite this, the conversation was abruptly ended, leaving the situation unresolved. In seeking assistance, repeated attempts were made to contact support, totaling six calls. Regrettably, each interaction yielded minimal empathy or understanding towards the unique circumstances faced by individuals with hearing impairments. Despite explaining the situation, support personnel reiterated the driver's attempt to reach out, disregarding the inherent difficulty posed by a phone call for the recipient. The lack of accommodation and understanding exhibited by Uber Eats in this instance is disheartening. The dismissive responses and failure to acknowledge the challenges faced by the hearing-impaired community highlight a concerning disregard for inclusivity and accessibility. Consequently, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service, particularly given the apparent lack of respect demonstrated towards individuals with disabilities.

It’s amazing how low these ratings are. Really goes to show the kind of un -knowledgeable employees that are hired for these roles. The worst customer service ever experienced. Will never be using again and will continue using other providers that value their customers just a little bit more and don’t hang up or disconnect chat when they’re stuck and don’t know how to help you. Very frustrating.

I arrived at Walmart to pick up an order and upon checking in, the customer canceled. Uber has decided not to compensate drivers for cancelled orders; which is truly unfair, unjust and a poor representative of how drivers are treated. Basically being told so what you arrived, we still are not paying you. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and any other agency regarding this unfairness

99 percent of your Wagon R vehicles have inefficient ACs, instead of cooling car and re-circulating air inside it gives hot air and not air circulating, which makes us suffocating. Long journey becomes very pathetic. Iburge that you either remove all the Wagon R s from your operation or keep monthly AC check ups at your end. Better remove all all wagon Rs, because it is better to travel in Uber Auto than travelling in non functional AC in Wagon Rs

These two women were so drunk, crazy and uncultured. What, they didn’t even try to explain to me what they wanted, they just hit me on the shoulder and neck with their hand, pointing with their finger where they want to go. Do you have any ideas or not? Have you ever seen such cruelty? For me this is such a SHAME!!! 2 people without the slightest signs of culture and intelligence and general sanity, who cannot even speak like people, ruined the life of a person with 3! educations where there are 2 higher technical ones!!!!!!!!!! REALLY???? great job!!! I've always dreamed of something like this

I got charged twice by uber for one ride. One on 22May 2024 at 7.22 AM. With phone for this I shared screenshot of transaction as well. Still same payment showing pending so I paid again through uber app. When raised query very cold reply from customer support. Very very pathetic exp by uber nd cab driver Gajana Thort who havn't updated in portal. With this experience I will try to avoid uber from next onward.

The worst ever support! Don’t use it in Italy as it redirected your request to itTaxi and overcharges you without any explanation and passes you to the itTaxi! If I wanted to use itTaxi I would!
