The AI customer service keeps asking for the same information, which is missing from my invoice which is why I contacted Uber in the first place. So stupid. If there ever is an alternative provider, I will jump ship

Bad services in terms of timings. Drivers keep accepting trips while being miles away from pick up point. Making me wait and leave me no choice but to cancel when they don't even move, same for CNG thing. It takes time to fill CND but they still accept the ride and make us wait. Horrible

I will never use Uber. My phone number changed and I could not any help from the company to reset. The system wouldn’t not let me in. The company said there was nothing they could do. I was told I would have to set up a new account with a different email. I do not have a 2nd email. They said they could not delete the current about either. You cannot contact anyone if you have a problem. If they want help me set up an account I would hate to see what they would do if they overcharged

We weren’t able too get gogograndparent last weekend so I went with uber since I had already signed my mom up for it. It was terrible the lady said we would have no problem getting home. LIE we couldn’t get ahold of them so I had to call a cab for the ride home my elderly mother and I sat in the freezing cold for 20 minutes for a cab ride home. Tonight? Totally different experience I wish I could remember the fellas name as he went above and beyond what he had to do. All I can remember is he was Hispanic so cheerful I tipped him and he said that was okay but I tipped him anyways. We left our food in the car and he came back and gave it to us. Oh my gosh how many people would do this? None. Again I wish I remembered his name props to this person he certainly deserves a 5 star rating 🙂

Uber company is becoming useless they are not worth relying now and they don’t deliver food yet they mark the order complete and it takes long to get supporting help We request Uber to improve their services 😥🙏🏻

Uber consistently overcharges, often double-charging or adding extra fees beyond what’s expected. When you try to ask for an explanation, they completely ignore your concerns and provide no real answers. Their customer service is useless, and it feels like they’re just stealing your money. This platform is unreliable, dishonest, and not worth the hassle. I’m deleting my account for good and will never use Uber again!

If you have a pending charge and have not been found guilty yet, Uber will suspend your account. When asking agents why you can't deliver when the drivers license is still active (Uber makes decision) they continue to read script to contact Checkr. An agent hung up on me. Bad practice to suspend account when a person isn't found guilty and has an active license. Thanks for taking the income I needed.

I wish I could put 0! They charged me 3x's for one trip. They gave me back one trip charge and I have to dispute the others!? Then we waited at the Airport for an hour, just to receive a text that our Driver canceled, which they charged Me a cancelation fee.

Have had decent experiences until now. Order meals and items were missing. customer service stated, "we can't refund you since you didn't pay for them". Attempted to explain it's part of the 17 dollar meals and the customer service rep just didn't understand it was PART OF THE MEAL!! So ultimately I have two half completed meals missing items and I'm just SOL because I didn't specifically pay for fries and colslaw separately from the meal combo option. Oh and the cherry on top some random person pulls up doesnt match the photo nor the car and the rep didn't get the frustrations. So today was a bust no resolution in sight. Greedy company. They definitely lost a customer today.

Uber delivered my food from a local restaurant 1.5km away from my home... it took an hour for my food to reach me..and it of course was cold. Really angry as Uber have high charges and I am paying for their service. Today was a non- service... Grrrrrrr

Order up food and be patient. My order took 3h to arrived. I contact after 1h30 and accept to wait more they gave me 20% of compensation for the waiting. After 2h45 of waiting I contact them to get my order canceled and I got told that if I cancel I will be penalized. Which is annoying as the application show more stop was added. So I add to wait another 35 minutes to get my order.

Dear Stephen I'm reaching out to report a concerning experience with Uber Eats. Despite being a loyal customer, I've been scammed by the help chat agent and the driver. Here's a summary of the incident: - I placed an order with my correct address. - The driver went to a different location and claimed I wasn't available. - I provided screenshots of our communication, proving the driver's error. - Uber Eats support falsely claimed the driver waited 8 minutes and left, contradicting our communication records. I have call recordings and timestamps to support my claim. I request a refund and demand that Uber Eats investigates this The driver arrived at 15:57 and we started communicating at 15:59 we even had a one min long call were he stated that he will contact support to ensure my refund. But the agents say he waited 8 minutes and could not get ahold of me yet I gave them proof that we were in contact the whole time. It’s honestly not about my R220 but it’s the PRINCIPLE UBER CNT lie and fail to take accountability and think everything will just go away I want my money
